Supply Chain Department
In accordance with Company’s strategic priorities and business stream Supply Chain department was established in March 2016 as a merger of Technical and Logistics departments. Our department’s activities scope covers a whole production chain and includes such steps as demand and production planning, order and purchase of necessary materials, beer production, its storage at the warehouses and transportation to the distributors (clients). Besides this, SC department is responsible for supplying all types of energy and maintenance of reliable and stable equipment operation as well as organizing and ensuring safe working conditions for employees (internal security, health and safety sub-divisions).
Logistics Department "Efes Kazakhstan"
More than 360 employees are working in the department (1st place among Efes departments) that is not surprising taking into account the number of important functions and duties imposed on the department. Every day employees make forecast and plan production, order and purchase materials (and perform custom clearance if needed), brew, filtrate and fill the beer, organize optimum warehouse storage not only for finished goods but for all materials, ship the beer to distributors (finished goods are transferred by both railway and truck all over Kazakhstan and exported to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and China), keep Company’s equipment in working condition, control labor safety and try to find the ways for processes optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The warm friendly atmosphere prevails in the department, where every employee can rely on colleagues’ help and management’s support. Strong team spirit allows such large collective to run as a well-oiled machine for the common idea – to produce and supply the best beer in the country. We keep balance between work and private life following the rule “It’s time to work and it’s time to relax!” by organizing events where it’s possible to get to know colleagues better in informal atmosphere.
