Awards
Around 3 300 global and local companies have put nominations forward for an 2018 LEAD Award and in general 15 companies were selected in each category.
For more than 35 years, LEAD Award has identified and recognized the top leadership programs in organizations and their strategies and solutions and recognizes corporations, educational institutions, and individuals that excel in offering top leadership initiatives and programs on a local to global scale.
2018 LEAD Awards were distributed on February 8th, 2018 in USA, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Once again Efes Kazakhstan received successful ranking results for the development programs at the 2018 LEAD Awards organized in USA:
- Beer Business Simulation (used in LEADS and ELP2020) ranked 6th out of 100 nominations in Best Use of Simulations
- Efes Campus ranked 9th out of 150 nominations in Best Social Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing;
- ELP2020 ranked 12th out of 150 nominations on Best Use of Classroom and Traditional.
