Participation in the LEAD 2017 Prize

In November 2016 we applied to the 2017 LEAD Award with Efes L.E.A.D.S. (Leadership Exploration And Developing Self) leadership program for Middle Management level. Being a leadership journey, Efes L.E.A.D.S. program deliver to participants an exceptional experience, business value, professional development and enhancing their strategy vision and help to create a collaborative environment and encourage putting new ideas into action addressing today’s real business challenges.

Around 3 300 global and local companies have put nominations forward for an 2017 LEAD Award and in general 15−20 companies were selected in each category.

In category «Best Use of Classroom/ Traditional Training” Efes Kazakhstan was ranked in the Top 10%, ranking 4th place leaving behind such Corporations as Intel and Adobe.

For more than 35 years, LEAD Award has identified and recognized the top leadership programs in organizations and their strategies and solutions and recognizes corporations, educational institutions, and individuals that excel in offering top leadership initiatives and programs on a local to global scale. 2017 LEAD Awards were distributed on February 8th, 2017 in USA, Nashville, Tennessee.
