In today’s dynamic world, we face the ongoing need to identify and develop new capabilities to respond to changing customer demands or competitive threats. Organizational capabilities are the abilities of the company to operate its day-to-day business as well as to grow, adapt, and seek competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Our approach includes building targeted capabilities and then guiding individuals to translate what they have learned into their daily work processes to solve business problems more effectively.

All programs are based on the core principles:

  • focus on the capabilities and behaviors linked to those factors that drive value for the business
  • address both organizational and individual capability-building needs
  • tailor programs to an organization’s unique starting point and specific requirements
  • leverage real work complemented by experiential and other learning
  • scale and institutionalize capabilities through processes, tools, and people

The mix of classroom exploration, online education, knowledge sharing and self-discovery ensures that participants have the opportunity to understand and practice new skills and achieve their learning goals.

Following this focus we launched several development programs for capability building named as Efes Fast Track, Efes Campus and E-learning platform.

Efes Fast Track program is aimed on the development and improvement of leadership behaviors required for effective task performance and achieving the best work results and on attracting and encouraging the employees for the learning and development, focused on the business goals of the Company and key skills and capabilities. The leadership behaviors and skills for the further improvement and development are defined according to the Performance evaluation scores and outcomes. All employees according to the individual needs can take the participation in the program.

Efes Campus program is a development concept where Company’s volunteered employees take teaching roles as internal trainers to promote a learning culture, provide opportunity for the rest employees to develop, learn and grow.

Internal trainings have certain advantages over learning through external provision and formal qualifications, including job relevance and cost saving. Ongoing internal trainings for employees facilitate employee retention and improve productivity.

As of today we have more than 40 internal trainers who have passed «Train the trainer” program, they designed and developed more than 60 training themes divided into trainings and master-classes and covering the following directions:

  • Functional trainings
  • Soft skills trainings

Each employee can choose training subject and get acquainted with training programs and dates in the training catalogue.

We have successfully covered Company employees in Almaty and Karaganda plants and in regions. Successfully were delivered such trainings as beer production processes, time and change management, excel program, basics of management, feedback and interviewing skills, problem solving techniques, legal and sales related trainings and many others. We are glad that our employees with enthusiasm participate in the program and we receive positive feedback from them.

Efes Kazakhstan E-learning platform

Today, traditional training programs aren’t enough to meet growing demands for better company performance, consistent compliance, changing employee expectations, and cost control. Speed is the defining characteristic of the digital world, as well as up-to-date and always relevant content and wide-broad coverage. In the rapidly changing environment we need constantly improve the response to the modern reality requirements. Flexible time planning, time saving, access anywhere, up-to-date and always relevant content — these are the basic requirements of today learning opportunities.

Efes Kazakhstan in collaboration with Eduson Company has launched e-learning platform for our employees. It offers solutions for employee productivity improvement covering development of diverse soft skills, competencies and leadership behaviors. All courses are conducted by Professors of leading world business schools and the successful world-wide practices.

Efes Kazakhstan e-learning platform is very friendly using and has advantages for our employees' convenience:

  • learning service available through any device
  • library with more than 400 courses in Russian and English languages
  • 5 types of courses: advance video course, mini-course, presentation, business-case, dialogue simulator
