Требования
- University degree (International HR Degree will be a plus);
- Experience in the same field not less than 3 years;
- Proficient user in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word), 1C, SAP;
- Good knowledge of Labor Legislation;
- English level (Upper-Intermediate)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills.
Обязанности
- Recruitment of open vacancies within designated departments (Sales);
- Close cooperation with Commercial functions in terms of various HR fields;
- Coordination of effective work of personnel;
- Provision of qualitative HR Services to Commercial functions and feedback to Director, Managers;
- Work as HR Adviser for responsible business functional divisions;
- Work on different projects in spheres of performance management, employee engagement, recognition and others.
