Требования
- University degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or Economics;
- Min 2 years experience on a similar position in multinational digitally active company or at least 2 years experience in working with big clients in a media agency with direct involvement in operation, planning and negotiation;
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices;
- Content creation skills;
- Experience in Digital resources and communities development;
- Experienced at developing and implementing effective strategies for marketing and promotion plans;
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Russian & English;
- Experience in PR is a plus;
- Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint programs and Internet;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Обязанности
- Holds management of several brands: communication with creative agencies; moderation of packaging designs; monitoring of brands performance; coordination of brands activities with Trade Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Law Departments;
- - Defines the brands strategies to build lasting connection with consumers both offline and in digital;
- - Plans and monitors the ongoing company presence on social media Create and support Social media campaigns;
- - Use digital media strategies to drive more users and traffic, as well as to improve onsite engagement;
- - Analyze interaction results & revenues to inform a continued, iterative testing models;
- - Manage PPC of all campaigns to increase traffic and conversion;
- - Expand the e-commerce by defining the potential strategies;
- - Support E-Commerce by providing adapted content and ensuring best asset management;
- - Work with brand teams in developing the concepts, planning and budgeting of digital campaigns and activating brand PR projects;
- - Coordinates digital content creation process, leading the respective agencies;
- - In the framework of corporate business strategy develops brand communication strategies to build and improve brand equity, ensure sales and market shares targets achievement;
- - Within total marketing budget and company marketing goals estimates and manages brand budget in order to ensure allocation of required resources for brand communication and operation activities;
- - Leads planning and buying processes related to digital;
- - Monitors & improves the performance metrics and KPIs;
- - Leads planning of full media mix by band inclusive media, digital and PR activities; enhance brand message adaptation to different media for any advertising campaign;
- - Leads documents turnover & payments procedures;
- - Organizes the tender-pitches to select media\digital\PR agency in accordance to Pitch Policy;
- - Maintains partnerships with creative, mediaб digital, and other agencies.
