Trade Marketing Supervisor



  • University degree (Management / Economics / Finance);
  • Minimum 3 years in Sales, not less 1 year of Marketing/ Trade Marketing experience;
  • English level (Upper-Intermediate);
  • MS Office (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Advanced communication, presentation and analytical skills, ability to work in highly dynamic & changing environment, mentoring and coaching skills;
  • Advanced supervisory skills, comfort around higher management, flexibility, highly developed negotiation skills, strategic thinking, creative thinking.


  • Participation in planning and budjeting process within Commercial Structrure.
  • Participation in development of region/channel/portfolio strategies.
  • Participation in market research activities – to gather field information and be ready to provide most comprehensice and complete view on market situation.
  • Development and provide merchandizing and SFE standarts, control implementation and support SF teams with related trainings and guidance to achieve desirable results.
  • Development of creative POS materials and manage its inventory in accordance with corporate standards and annual plan for the communication of the Company's brands.
  • To collaborate with suppliers of marketing services and materials for planning, implementation by brand. Maintain long-term relationships with service providers.
  • Development and generate new ideas, innovations in-trade to win the customer.
  • To propose, develop and implement Trade Marketing activations, promotions and projects in targeted sales channel or regions. To lead related Cycle Planning process.
  • To communicate Trade Marketing projects and activations in all levels of Sales and Marketing Organisation to ensure highest efficiency in field execution.
  • To control projects and activations implementation through data analysis, constant reporting and field checks.
  • To monitor implementation of the budget for each activation in accordance with the set KPIs.
  • To analyze carried activities, projects, promotions and POSM usage to ensure highest efficiency in field execution.
  • To report statuses, results, analytics and recommendations for all carried out activities and projects to Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sales Management on regular basis.
  • To conduct market tours to monitor competitors activities and to control implementation of on-going projects and prepare related store check reports.
  • To collaborate with suppliers of marketing services and materials. Take part in a supplyers search and seection as well as in bidding proccess.
  • To plan, implement, coordinate and control the distribution of POS materials.
  • To develop and provide merchandising and PiCOS standards based on customer segmentation and current Portfolio and Company Strategy.
  • To monitor and analyze latest market info and internal Sales KPIs by regions and given trade channels to identify source of growth or potential threats to Company development and Sales Team performance.
