To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle of employee performance along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce. You will build a talent pipeline that aligns the business needs to talent strategy.

- Work experience of Talent Management or similar role
- Experience with performance management procedures and familiarity with Human Resources software
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Fluent English

- Management of Rotation program with strong mentoring program development (Being center of excellence to coordinate rotation approach)
- Annual Employee Engagement check with Action plan realization tracking
- Talent KPIs analysis to determine improvement areas
