Talent Supervisor

We are searching a candidate for Talent management position, whose direct aim is to attract, engage and retain Talents ensuring strong performance and best fit between current capabilities and possible future roles in succession management for sustainable organizational talent pipeline. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle of employee performance along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce. You will build a talent pipeline that aligns the business needs to talent strategy.

Требования

  • Work experience of Talent Management or similar role
  • Experience with performance management procedures and familiarity with Human Resources software
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Fluent English

Обязанности

  • Ownership of the Performance Management process (communication, technical support)
  • Building succession plans based on Potential assessment and Career aspiration: develop career-pathing options with high-potential employees and building succession plans
  • Management of Rotation program with strong mentoring program development (Being center of excellence to coordinate rotation approach)
  • Annual Employee Engagement check with Action plan realization tracking
  • Talent KPIs analysis to determine improvement areas
  • Employer Branding (Internal and External): Drive Employer Value Proposition increasing company ranking as Ideal Employer on Kazakhstan market
  • Internship and dual education processes management
