Требования

  • Education: Higher (management / economics / finance / statistics / sociology).
  • Experience in market research or consumer insights processes not less than 3 years.
  • MS Office (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of local FMCG market; Experience of cooperation with insights/market research agencies.
  • High level of self-organization and planning; Strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills.

Обязанности

  • Coordinate gathering, analysis and interpretation of all required information, related to corporate brands, market positioning, competitors’ activity, consumer behavior, market development, overall economic situation, etc. for deep understanding of consumer’s needs, current and future changes on the market and overall marketing strategy adaptation on the market.
  • Develop and implement new ideas in terms of market insights, analysis and internal communication in order to improve the decision making processes.
  • Cooperate with research agencies in charge of planning, realization and analysis of required researches, ensure contract conditions compliance.
  • Coordinate data analysis and provision of information required for corporate marketing policy definition, in the form of reports and presentations.
  • Take part in reports and presentations compilation according to the schedule, defined by Department director of by request.
  • Cooperate with company’s departments on topics, related to the functional competencies.
  • Perform other tasks, connected to department activities.
