Experience in marketing disciplines: brand marketing, trade marketing, market knowledge/insights, media, PR etc.

- Out of which minimum 2+ years with people managing and coaching experience
- Marketing Research-Brand Management experience

- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

- Lead and provide expertise in market researches and pricing methodology.
- Set up the common research platforms & methodology to form the basis and follow up systems for portfolio assessment and strategy and form up and coordinate the infrastructure with the research companies.
- Set up appropriate strategies and plans according to the company vision & mission.
- Perform the efficient market and competition analysis, to evaluate the outcomes.
- Evaluate the opportunities via consumer behaviors and new trends, to take action against threats and to give proposal and share with responsible departments.
- Support of Brand Teams on development / fine-tuning of Brands Positiongs, Creative platforms, Brand Plans and initiatives. Close cooperation and involvement into NPDs.
- Understanding the local business strategy, competitive environment and key strategic objectives for the business.
- Key contributor for New product development process and Strategy Planning Process.
- Drive capability development in the marketing organization via deploying and embedding a common commercial way of doing marketing, facilitating and analyzing individual marketing Competency Assessments, and utilizing any other enablers that are/will be at manager’s disposal.
- Help build interfaces and integration between the marketing team and other commercial teams in the organization.
- Define marketing and trade marketing capability development priorities, in the context of strategic business issues.
- Align key organizational commercial capability development priorities in the context of strategic issues and individual competency assessment results.
- Preparing and managing the marketing capability activity plans.
- Managing and monitoring actual delivery against agreed priorities and keeping within financial targets.
- Be accountable for collecting and sharing learnings on the workshops delivered, through the organization.
